Every effort is made to respond to all requests for the help but the level of support may be limited for some computers and peripherals, depending on their hardware configuration, software configuration, function, age or their factors. Support is provided by the most efficient method available, primarily over the phone with remote control assistance but also via email and through in-person visits. The level of service provided will consist of an estimated average hours per week of desktop support.
